Kure Port overlooks the calm waters of the Seto Inland Sea. Sambashiya is quietly located on the second floor of the Kure Central Pier Terminal, which supports daily traffic. Inside, you can enjoy a variety of food and drinks, including delicious coffee, carefully selected natural wines, and chiffon cake from the manager's own recipe. The space also incorporates Scandinavian and Japanese modern design, with cozy, sophisticated interiors that make the most of the view of the Seto Inland Sea. We would like you to enjoy the view of the sea while relaxing. That's why we started Sambashiya.
ホットドッグを構成する食材全てにおいてこだわり、美味しさを追求したホットドッグのバンズは、焼き立て食パン専門店である「一本堂」に、さんばしや専用のサイズで作っていただきました。こちらのバンズにフランクフルトを挟んだ「さんばしやドッグ」、たっぷりのチーズを乗せて仕上げた「チーズドッグ」、「あんバターサンド」他、メニューを楽しんでいただけます。カフェを運営しているエヴァラインの創業地であり、果樹栽培が盛んである呉市、蒲刈群島で栽培された四季折々の柑橘を使用したソーダ飲料や、店頭での販売を通じ、自然豊かな呉を柑橘類からも楽しんでいただけます。
The hot dog buns are by Ippondoh, a bakery specializing in freshly baked bread. They are made with great attention to ingredients for a delicious taste, and their size designed specifically for Sambashiya. You can enjoy the Sambashiya Dog, a frankfurter sandwiched between Ippondoh's specially made buns, the Cheese Dog, finished with plenty of cheese, and the Anko Butter Sandwich, along with other items on the menu. Soda drinks made from seasonal citrus fruits grown in Kure City and the Kamagari Islands, where evahline, the cafe's operator, was founded and where fruit cultivation is thriving, allow visitors to enjoy the natural beauty of Kure through its citrus fruits, which are also available to purchase in-store.
